The position offers a hybrid work arrangement based in Barcelona, with substantial travel across Southern Europe. Fluency in English is essential, with French or Italian valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B Marketing & Communications.
• Experience executing marketing campaigns, events and customer engagement initiatives.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working closely with commercial teams and business growth objectives.
• Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) and marketing analytics tools.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Additional languages such as French and/or Italian will be highly valued.
• High availability to travel across Southern Europe.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional marketing and communication plans aligned with global priorities.
• Adapt and deploy campaigns, content and value propositions to local market needs.
• Organize and coordinate customer events, trade shows, webinars and engagement activities across the region.
• Partner with Sales teams to support lead generation and pipeline growth.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results and identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather market intelligence, customer insights and competitive feedback to support strategic decision-making.
• Travel regularly across the region to support business initiatives, customer events, industry exhibitions and collaboration with local teams.
