Job summary

MYNE Homes is seeking a Property Manager – Mallorca to support the local Operations Team on the ground in Mallorca. The role focuses on maintenance coordination, external service provider management, and driving property enhancement initiatives.

We value 5–7 years of hospitality or property management experience, fluent Spanish and English (or German), excellent communication, and strong MS Office skills. A Class B license is required, with fast-paced, collaborative work in the Mallorca market.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English or German; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Vocational training and/or degree in real estate, hospitality, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of professional experience in hospitality, property management, or a similar sector.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a structured approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with strong prioritization and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid Class B driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate maintenance across the property portfolio.
• Manage external service providers and QA delivered work.
• Plan and implement property enhancement initiatives (renovation, interiors, furnishings).
• Provide on-site co-owner support with Owner Service Team.
• Contribute to developing the Operations function and optimize processes.

Your mission

• Planning and coordination of maintenance measures across the property portfolio.
• Management of external service providers alongside continuous quality assurance of delivered work.
• Planning and implementation of property enhancement initiatives across renovation, interior design, and furnishings.
• On‑site co‑owner support in close collaboration with the Owner Service Team.
• Active development of the Operations function as well as ongoing optimization of operational processes.

Your profile

• Fluency in Spanish and English or German (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages (e.g. Italian, French) is an advantage.
• Successfully completed vocational training and/or a degree in real estate, hospitality, or a related field.
• At least 5–7 years of professional experience in hospitality, property management, or a similar sector.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills combined with a structures approach to work.
• Ability to work effectively and precisely in a fast‑paced environment, both independently and in a team, with strong prioritization and adherence to deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid Class B driver’s license.
