Job summary

MYNE Homes on Mallorca seeks a Property Manager to oversee technical management and seamless operations across our island portfolio. You will coordinate maintenance with external service providers and supervise renovation projects with contractors and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has hands-on craftsmanship skills, a strong real estate mindset, and fluency in Spanish and English, with a valid Class B license and proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Spanish and English fluency, written and spoken.
• Class B driver's license.
• Experience in property management and renovation planning.
• Hands-on craftsmanship skills paired with strong technical understanding of real estate.
• Completed vocational training or degree as stated.

• Technical management and maintenance coordination of our Mallorca real estate portfolio.

AsProperty Manager - Mallorca (m/f/x), you are responsible for ensuring top-tier technical management and seamless operational execution across our property portfolio on the island.

Your mission

• Technical management and maintenance coordination of our real estate portfolio in Mallorca.
• Planning and coordination of maintenance and repair work performed by external service providers to ensure high-quality execution.
• Oversight of renovation projects, including close alignment with contractors and suppliers.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in a skilled trade (e.g., electrician, carpenter, plumber) or a degree in building technology, civil engineering, facility management, or a related field.
• Strong technical understanding of real estate combined with hands-on craftsmanship skills.
• Extensive experience in property management as well as the planning and monitoring of construction and renovation measures.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a high level of initiative.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Valid Class B driver's license.
