Job summary

MYNE Homes in Palma is seeking a Launch / Interior Design Manager to support our Launch Team in planning and designing vacation properties. You will lead renovation planning, interior layouts, and decor concepts across properties in Europe.

This role requires 5+ years in interior design or related fields, a degree in a related field, strong project management and communication skills, and willingness to travel within Europe.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in interior design, interior architecture, or real estate project development.
• Degree or vocational training in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
• High willingness to travel within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Planning, coordinating, and finalizing renovation measures in our properties.
• Designing interior layouts, furnishing, and decor concepts.
• Sourcing and negotiating offers from contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Coordinating and executing planned interior and launch projects on-site in the properties.
• Continuously developing and optimizing processes within the launch and design scope.

Your profile

• At least 5 years if professional experience in interior design, interior architecture, or real estate project development.
• Degree or vocational training in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Great team player with a highly independent and self-directed work style.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken); additional languages such as German, Italian, or French are a plus.
• Valid Class B driving license.
• High willingness to travel within Europe.
