2K is a global video game publisher seeking a Regional LQA leader to oversee localization quality across languages, lead managers and vendors, and partner with production, QA, content, and engineering. You will drive strategic planning, budgeting, tooling, and process improvements while maintaining fast release velocity and high-quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership, deep localization QA expertise, and a track record of scaling teams and processes to support complex triple-A

Formación

• Experience leading localization QA across multiple languages.
• Proven ability to manage large regional QA teams and vendors.
• Strong budgeting, staffing, and tooling investments skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor LQA Managers and Associate Managers, ensuring performance and growth.
• Oversee test planning, triage, cross-regional bug handling, and reporting for quality across languages.
• Partner with senior production, QA, content, and engineering to align testing with risk and release velocity.
• Scale tooling, automation, and people operations with Global Loc leadership as the LQA function expands.
