Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of HR leadership experience, ideally in hospitality.
• Strong background in HR strategy, transformation, and project management.
• Experience in multi-site or international environments.
• Fluent in Spanish and very good English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capability.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Develop and implement regional HR strategies aligned with global HR strategy.
• Lead HR transformation and digitalization projects.
• Drive talent development, succession planning, and leadership programs.
• Implement regional employer branding strategies and recruitment initiatives.
• Support organizational growth and change management initiatives.
• Oversee HR governance, KPIs, and employee engagement.
• Work closely with International HR and implement global HR projects in own scope.
• Manage HR budgets, forecast, payroll and resource allocation.
• Lead and develop local HR teams across both properties.
