Required are 3-5 years in specialty care or rare diseases, with proven multi-stakeholder engagement. Willingness to travel extensively and base in Madrid is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience in specialty care, hospital business or rare disease environments.
• Proven experience managing complex healthcare ecosystems and engaging multiple stakeholders across specialties.
• Participation in product launches, market development initiatives or business expansion projects would be highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Develop commercial relationships with hospital opinion leaders and decision makers to maximise access to products.
• Implement Alexion commercial strategy within targeted key accounts/hospitals and achieve commercial goals.
• Identify and communicate environment and requirements of key accounts to Alexion.
• Build a solid network of relationships with key accounts, hospitals, decision makers and influencers.
• Organise educational and disease awareness plans and ensure access for patients.
• Monitor data and market conditions to identify opportunities and competitive advantages.
• Feed CRM systems and business reporting in a timely manner.
