About the Role

We are seeking to incorporate a Regional Health, Safety, and Sustainability (HSS) Manager to join our corporate team, covering our hotels in East Africa, Asia, and the Plaza Hotels in Europe.

This role is key to ensuring that our standards for employee / guest safety and our corporate sustainability commitments are implemented, monitored, and maintained at a regional level.

As a regional corporate position, you will report directly to the TOP Corporate Management and work in close coordination with the Corporate Social Responsibility Department. You will collaborate closely with General Managers and local teams to ensure compliance and drive our "Proudly Committed" strategy. If you are a proactive expert, oriented towards compliance and sustainability, and motivated by challenges, we want to meet you.

What Youll Do

• Lead the implementation and compliance of all local and corporate Health & Safety regulations related to employees across all destinations within the scope
• Guarantee that all employees receive mandatory H&S training and that proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is available and correctly used.
• Monitor, support, and audit local H&S officers and local management to ensure H&S tasks are effectively implemented.
• Act as the regional liaison for the "Proudly Committed" sustainability strategy, supporting the implementation of policies and practices proposed by the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) department.
• Monitor and report on key sustainability indicators for the region as required by the CSR department.

What Were Looking For

• Minimum of 5 experience in a multi-site Health & Safety management role. Preferably international H&S experience.
• Degree or recognized certification in Occupational Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of international H&S standards and experience managing compliance across multiple jurisdictions (Desirable experience in Asia, Africa, Europe).
• Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and manage a regional scope.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and influence senior management and hotel teams.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
