EV Charging is expanding its regional footprint and seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead Southern Europe growth. The role is remote, based in Benelux, with extensive travel across Europe, focusing on building partnerships and driving revenue for AC and DC charging solutions.

You will own the regional sales strategy, win new customers, manage key stakeholders, and work with product and technical teams to convert market needs into opportunities. Fluent English is essential.

Formación

• Several years of successful B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven knowledge of EV charging, e-mobility or related infrastructure markets.
• Established regional network across Southern Europe.
• Existing relationships with CPOs, EPCs, installers, energy or logistics firms.
• Strong understanding of the regional EV charging ecosystem.
• Experience generating new business and closing complex B2B opportunities.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy across Southern Europe and neighbouring markets.
• Identify and acquire new strategic customers and business partners.
• Build relationships with Charge Point Operators, EPCs, installers, energy and logistics firms.
• Drive sales of AC and DC charging hardware.
• Develop new business opportunities through existing industry relationships and market development.
• Research market trends, competitors, regulations and opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales process—from initial contact to closing.
• Develop long-term strategic partnerships rather than transactional relationships.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with senior management, product and technical teams to translate market requirements into opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence and regular reporting on pipeline and growth opportunities.
