DataX Connect in Madrid is seeking a Regional Director for Data Centers to own and drive a European data centre business unit. You will lead strategy, growth, and client relationships across hyperscale and campus projects while overseeing delivery and operations.

Regular travel across Europe will be required as you build a world-class delivery platform, lead dispersed teams, and shape the future of this critical infrastructure portfolio for major technology clients.

Formación

• Proven leadership in data centers or large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience with leading General Contractor, EPC, or PM consultancy.
• Track record delivering complex, high-value data centre projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and expand the European data centre division, shaping strategy and growth.
• Develop and maintain senior relationships with hyperscale clients and partners.
• Oversee major data centre campus projects with delivery and client satisfaction.
• Build and lead high-performing regional teams across locations.
• Identify new market opportunities and position the business for growth.
• Provide strategic leadership across project delivery, operations and business development.
