Seen & Heard in Madrid seeks a Regional Design Producer Lead to guard cultural relevance, land global assets locally, and lead without line management across multiple markets. You will coordinate with the client’s operations lead, acting as the regional design gatekeeper and shaping how toolbox assets land in the region.

This is a senior, influence-driven role that blends creative judgment with cross-market coordination.

Qualifications

• Evidence of strong creative judgement for regional markets.
• Ability to consolidate regional briefs into a single, clear input for the hub.
• Experience coordinating with multiple countries or markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional design initiatives and ensure cultural relevance for the region.
• Gatekeep briefs to ensure quality and brand alignment before hub submission.
• Consolidate regional requirements and coordinate with the global team on toolbox needs.
• Build relationships with markets and act as the regional creative gatekeeper.
• Manage briefs, timelines and approvals across several markets without direct line management.
