Omya Business Services SLU is seeking a Regional Compliance Manager to design, implement, and continuously improve compliance, governance, and risk programs across the region, including Joint Ventures. You will own the regional Code of Conduct and ensure it is communicated and embedded in day-to-day business practices.

Regular risk assessments at regional, area, and country levels will identify high-risk fraud and non‑compliance areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or finance.
• 5+ years in compliance, investigations, or regulatory roles.
• Experience leading internal investigations and documenting cases.
• Fluent Spanish and English; additional languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% across the region.

Responsibilities
