Responsibilities include managing the BioTeam and driving growth through effective market strategies, with frequent travel required.

Formación

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the segment of Foliars and Biostimulants.
• Availability to travel 75–80% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the regional strategy for biological solutions.
• Drive growth through value‑based nutrition programs and market propositions.
• Manage and develop the BioTeam for technical excellence.
• Identify market opportunities and optimize product mix.
• Align with marketing and sales for campaigns and activities.
