A leading recruitment company in Valencia is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to support the Life Sciences, Pharma & Biotech sectors. You'll receive full training on the recruitment process while contributing to client relationships in a hybrid work environment. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, language proficient in English and another European language, and ready to start a rewarding career. What You'll Be Doing

• Learn the recruitment process from end to end (we'll train you)

• Help build out client and candidate relationships
• Contribute to the growth of our brand-new Valencia hub

You don't need years of experience in recruitment. We're looking for potential, energy, and a willingness to learn.

• Are based in Valencia or willing to relocate
• Speak excellent English OR AT LEAST ONE OTHER EUROPEAN LANGUAGE OUTSIDE SPANISH
• Are Curious About People, Business, And International Markets
• Want to build a career with real progression
