Job summary

Admiral Media is seeking a part-time Talent Partner to support the founder with sourcing, posting jobs and screening candidates across a globally distributed, fully remote team. You will manage inbound applications, conduct first-round interviews, and hand over curated shortlists to the CEO while keeping candidates informed throughout the process.

You will also help with employer branding, planning remote events, gifts, and coordination tasks to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Responsibilities

• Source talent proactively on LinkedIn and other channels for UA, creative, and growth roles.
• Write and publish job posts, and manage inbound applications.
• Run first-round interviews and assess skills, motivation and culture fit.
• Hand over a prefiltered shortlist with summaries for CEO meetings.
• Keep the pipeline organized and candidates informed with good experience.
• Support employer branding and events to strengthen Admiral's presence.
• Plan team events, from remote meetups to in-person meetups.
• Choose and send birthday gifts and thank-you gestures for team members and clients.
• Assist with scheduling, coordination and ad-hoc tasks to support the CEO.

Admiral Media is an award-winning creative performance agency. We help some of the fastest-scaling apps in subscription, fintech, dating, gaming and more grow through paid media and high-performing creative. Founded in 2019, we're a fully remote, globally distributed team of specialists who care about results and about each other.

The role

Our founder and CEO, Andre, needs a reliable right hand. This is a part-time role with two halves: finding great people for Admiral, and taking the people-related work off his plate that our specialist team doesn’t have the time or interest to handle.

• Source talent proactively on LinkedIn and other channels, mainly for UA, creative, and growth roles
• Write and publish job posts, and manage inbound applications
• Run first-round interviews and assess skills, motivation and culture fit
• Hand over a prefiltered shortlist with short summaries, so Andre only meets the best candidates
• Keep our pipeline organized and candidates well informed, so everyone has a great experience with Admiral
• Employer branding
• Plan and organize team events, from remote get-togethers to in-person meetups
• Choose and send birthday gifts and thank-you gestures for team members and clients
• Take care of the little things that make a distributed team feel connected, such as work anniversaries, welcome packages and celebrations
• Support Andre with scheduling, coordination and ad-hoc tasks as they come up

What you bring

• Experience in recruiting, talent sourcing or HR, in-house or at an agency (ideally in marketing, tech or startups)
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
• A warm, professional presence in candidate conversations
• A strong sense of ownership and attention to detail; you spot what needs doing and get it done
• Good organizational skills and comfort juggling very different tasks
• A thoughtful, creative eye for events and gifts
• Experience working remotely and across time zones

Nice to have

• Familiarity with performance marketing, mobile apps or the agency world
• Experience with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, Asana or Slack
