What You Need To Succeed In This Role
  • 1-2+ years’ experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
  • Hands-on experience hiring and scaling both technical and non-technical teams across Europe
  • Good understanding of TA practices and how they power a FinTech company’s growth
  • Strong headhunting mindset - you know where to find the best people and how to win them over
  • Excellent relationship-builder who collaborates across functions with ease
  • Fast, adaptable, and feedback-driven - you thrive in a scale-up environment
  • Passionate about creating a world-class candidate experience - because you truly love what you do
  • Good command of English and fluent Russian
