Candidates must have strong analytical skills, fluent English, and at least 4 years of recruitment experience, including global recruitment. Formación

  • 4+ years of relevant active recruitment experience, including global recruitment in the last 2–3 years.
  • Experience in recruiting for a wide range of positions, including sales and executive roles.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition / Staffing within international companies or agencies is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Full-cycle recruitment for roles from Junior to Senior level.
  • Develop tailored candidate profiles and hiring strategies.

Following consistent annual growth of 70–80% and with even more ambitious plans ahead, we are expanding our recruitment team and looking for an experienced Recruiter to help drive our continued success.

Responsibilities
  • Full‑cycle recruitment for roles from Junior to Senior level.
  • Develop candidate profiles and hiring strategies tailored to each role.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on job requirements and evaluation criteria.
  • Create interview questions, evaluation forms, and test assignments.
  • Use various sourcing channels to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Apply diverse assessment methods to evaluate candidates effectively.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates in the ATS (Workable).
  • Participate in other HR projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Analytical skills : Ability to analyze hiring data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Experience working with a wide range of positions, including sales and executive roles.
  • Fluent English (B2–C1), Russian is a plus.
  • Organized, results‑oriented, works with urgency.
  • Relevant work experience of active recruitment for at least 4 years, 2 of each in global recruitment within last 2‑3 years.
  • Relevant full‑lifecycle Talent Acquisition / Staffing experience in international companies or agencies is a plus.
