Oleares [ Ex Dsra ] is seeking a National Sales Director to lead all national sales activities in Spain, with a focus on Build-to-Sell and Rentals in Barcelona and Valencia. The role demands 10+ years in senior residential real estate sales and a proven record in new-build and off-plan strategies.

You will manage broker networks, pricing discipline, and end-to-end pipelines, reporting to senior management. Based in Spain, you will collaborate with marketing, finance, and management teams.

Formación

• 10+ years of senior residential real estate sales experience in Spain.
• Proven track record in new-build and off-plan sales strategies.
• Experience managing broker networks and agency relationships.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Fluency in Spanish and high level of business English.

Who We're Looking For

• 10+ years of senior residential real estate sales experience in Spain
• Proven track record in new-build and off-plan sales and strategies
• Deep experience managing broker networks and agency relationships
• Strong command of pipeline, pricing, and sales execution
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Spanish mother tongue | Very high level of business English
• Based in Barcelona or Valencia area
