Real Estate Investment Analyst

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Real Estate Investment Analyst with a strong background in land development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, financial analysis, and due diligence to support our investment strategies and land development projects.

Responsibilities

Investment Management

• Identify viable investment opportunities and assess their potential returns.
• Analyze financial data, including cash flow projections, investment returns, and risk assessments for potential real estate investments.
• Develop financial models and investment scenarios to evaluate performance and risks.
• Prepare detailed investment memorandums and presentations for internal stakeholders and potential investors.
• Collaborate with other teams to structure financial transactions and conduct negotiations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to real estate investment and land development.

Strategic Development

• Contribute to the development of the overall investment and asset management strategy.
• Research and evaluate real estate market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Stay abreast of regulatory and market changes that may affect investments and asset management.

Investor Relations

• Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, providing regular updates and reports on portfolio performance.
• Collaborate, cultivating strong relationships with investors and effectively responding to their inquiries and concerns.
• Support fundraising efforts for both equity and financing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• 2 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, with a focus on land development preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to perform complex financial modeling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Deep knowledge of the real estate and investment market, including market trends and best practices.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, RICS) are an advantage.
• Knowledge of zoning laws, land use regulations, and environmental issues related to land development is a plus.
