A leading real estate firm in Marbella is seeking a Real Estate Coordinator & Office Manager to ensure smooth office operations and support agent coordination. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in the luxury sector, strong multitasking abilities, and familiarity with real estate tools. Formación

What does the role look like?

At Amea, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting the coordination of listings, marketing activities and day-to-day agent operations. You will work from a set structure and gradually be given more tools and responsibilities as we grow. In this role, you will work closely with our CEO, agents and marketing team.

You are expected to be able to handle and oversee a variety of tasks, including :

  • Office Management
  • Real Estate Coordination & Listing Management
  • Marketing Support
  • Other Growth Initiatives

We expect the Real Estate Coordinator & Office Manager to stay up to date with real estate listings, manage operational workflows, and build strong internal and external relationships. This role will be central to the daily running of the company and the execution of our operational standards.

  • Experience working with Resales, Inmobalia or similar software

  • Experience working with Notion, Asana or similar software
Who you are
  • You have a passion for our mission at Amea. You live and breathe real estate, design and luxury and will work relentlessly to build the best brand there is.
  • 2+ years of experience in the luxury- or HNWI sector, operating notably in real estate, fashion or hospitality.
  • You are scrappy and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
  • You want to grind and get your hands dirty.
  • You are a highly resourceful and an executor who can produce results in a highly ambiguous environment.
