Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Investment Associate to strengthen its Capital Markets team in Madrid. The role focuses on developing new business and executing mandates in commercial real estate, with emphasis on office sector opportunities and change-of-use strategies.

Responsibilities include business development, financial modeling, client meetings, and managing sell-side and buy-side processes across national and international markets.

Formación

• Bachelor- or master-level degree in economics, business, finance, or related field.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with modelling and underwriting experience.
• Experience in real estate investment, capital markets, and transaction execution is preferred.
• Fluent communication with clients and stakeholders in multiple languages is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and originate investment opportunities in real estate, representing buyers and sellers.
• Develop financial models and perform analyses to support decisions.
• Prepare and participate in client meetings and investor presentations, maintaining relationships with national and international stakeholders.
• Manage sell-side and buy-side processes, including due diligence, marketing materials, and negotiations.
• Analyze market trends and provide strategic advisory for office sector and related assets.
• Conduct market research and generate cross-selling opportunities across asset classes.
• Collaborate with team members and mentor junior colleagues as needed.
