Conduct insightful property viewings, showcasing a variety of properties, including new developments and resale homes.
At least 2 years in real estate on the Costa del Sol with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and a minimum of 30 closed transactions.
A strong understanding of the property transaction process on the Costa del Sol, backed by a history of successful deals.
Fluency in English is essential. 2nd languages such as Dutch, Polish, German, French, Swedish, or Danish are highly desirable. Fluency in Spanish is a significant plus.

Reliable Transportation :
