About The Role

The role of a Real Estate Agent involves acting as a trusted intermediary, facilitating transactions between property buyers and sellers. You will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the entire buying or selling process, ensuring they achieve their goals in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
  • Accompany clients on property viewings.
  • Provide expert advice on suitability, value, and market conditions.
  • Craft and present purchase offers to potential buyers.
  • Understand client needs and financial capabilities to propose appropriate solutions.
  • Offer guidance on negotiation strategies, pricing, mortgages, legal aspects, and related matters.
  • Prepare all necessary paperwork, including contracts.
  • Maintain in-depth market knowledge and create comprehensive property listings.
  • Review and ensure compliance with purchase contracts.
  • Uphold high ethical standards and ensure fair dealing in all transactions.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM)
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Training

Prior experience is not a prerequisite for this role. We value honesty and open-mindedness above all else. TEKCE Academy offers a comprehensive two-week training program upon commencement of employment. This program will be online and will provide you with all the necessary skills to excel in this position.
