Your Role
  • Client Engagement : Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, guiding them through the property purchasing process with professionalism and care.
  • Property Presentations : Conduct insightful property viewings, showcasing a variety of properties, including new developments and resale homes.
  • Negotiation Expertise : Lead negotiations to secure favorable outcomes for clients, ensuring satisfaction for all parties involved.
  • Market Insight : Stay informed about the latest market trends and developments to provide clients with accurate and valuable information.
What We Seek
  • Proven Sales Experience : At least 2 years in real estate on the Costa del Sol with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and a minimum of 30 closed transactions.
  • Buyer-Focused Experience : Experience working with buyers and buyer leads is a strong advantage, as is familiarity with new developments along the Costa del Sol.
  • Market Knowledge : A strong understanding of the property transaction process on the Costa del Sol, backed by a history of successful deals.
  • Multilingual Abilities : Fluency in English is essential. 2nd languages such as Dutch, Polish, German, French, Swedish, or Danish are highly desirable. Fluency in Spanish is a significant plus.
  • Self-Driven and Ambitious : A motivated individual with a passion for real estate and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Client-Centric Approach : A dedication to providing personalized service, ensuring clients feel valued and supported throughout their property journey.
  • Reliable Transportation : A valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle are required.
Additional Requirements
  • Self-Employment Status : Candidates must be registered as an autónomo (self-employed) in Spain, in compliance with local regulations.
  • Commission-Based Compensation : This position operates on a 100% commission structure, offering unlimited earning potential. Your income directly reflects your sales performance, providing the opportunity to "write your own paycheck."
