UST is a multinational technology services company seeking a Frontend React Engineer for our Madrid team. The role involves developing modern frontend applications, designing scalable architectures, and contributing throughout design, development, deployment, and monitoring.

The candidate will join a collaborative environment, applying automated testing and Agile practices to deliver high-quality products and ensure performance, stability, and reliability in production.

Formación

• 5+ years of frontend development experience.
• Solid experience with React, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.
• Experience designing frontend architectures.
• Advanced knowledge of automated testing with Jest and React Testing Library.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to design, develop, deploy and monitor applications in production.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Frontend React Engineer with solid experience in developing modern frontend applications, capable of designing scalable architectures and participating throughout the entire solution lifecycle, from design to deployment and monitoring.

The successful candidate will work in complex, collaborative environments, contributing to the creation of high-quality products through development best practices, automated testing and Agile methodologies.

Location: Madrid - 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely. (Sol area - Madrid)

Language: C1 English required

Main responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain frontend applications using React, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Define and evolve modern, scalable and maintainable frontend architectures.
• Implement automated tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
• Participate in continuous integration and continuous delivery processes (CI/CD).
• Monitor applications and ensure their performance, stability and quality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams following Agile methodologies.
• Apply software development best practices and quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives throughout the DevOps lifecycle.

Key requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in frontend development.
• Solid experience with: React, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
• Experience designing frontend architectures.
• Advanced knowledge of automated testing:
• Jest
• React Testing Library
• Experience working with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to design, develop, deploy and monitor applications in production.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Angular.
• Knowledge of OpenAPI.
• Experience with Kubernetes (PKS).
• Experience with TDD and/or BDD methodologies.
• Experience working in high-performing Agile teams
