Job summary

Enginy ищет опытного фронтенд-разработчика с сильной экспертизой в React и TypeScript для масштабирования AI‑native GTM-платформы. Встречи с продуктом, дизайном и бэкендом для реализации комплексных UI и API, улучшение скорости и UX. Работа в быстро развивающемся стартапе на Barcelon­a.

Обязанности включают создание дашбордов, кампаний и инструментов, развитие архитектуры и участие в формировании frontend-практик; требуется продвинутый английский и способность работать автономно.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет профессионального опыта в разработке ПО с упором на фронтенд.
• Опыт работы с TypeScript и React.
• Понимание современных веб-архитектур и взаимодействия фронтенда с API.
• Умение работать автономно, находить ошибки и доставлять качественный код.
• Сильное чувство продукта и дизайна, внимание к UX и UX-дизайну.
• Сильные коммуникационные навыки.
• Продвинутый уровень английского.
• Будет плюсом: оптимизация производительности UI, дизайн-системы, тестирование доступности, SSR/edge rendering, Node.js, бэкенд, PostgreSQL, CI/CD с GitHub Actions, опыт в ранних или быстрорастущих стартапах, интерес к B2B SaaS, sales tech, или инструментам автоматизации.

Responsibilities

Enginy is building an AI-native GTM platform for modern B2B teams that combines prospecting, enrichment, intent signals, AI research, and outreach. The Barcelona-based startup is scaling internationally after raising a €5M seed round.

• Develop high-quality, responsive web applications with React and TypeScript
• Own dashboards, campaign builders, reporting UIs, and their supporting API layers
• Work on internal tools, SSR/edge rendering, and lightweight Node.js services
• Improve speed, Core Web Vitals, and developer experience
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend to deliver complete features focused on quality, reliability, and speed
• Help shape frontend practices, code quality, and architecture as the company scales
