Alstom is seeking a Train Project Engineering Manager for our Santa Perpetua site in Barcelona. This role involves leading engineering project management and execution of Design to Cost activities within a committed team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in train engineering, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-focused mindset.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing teams in train engineering.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required.
• Proven experience in engineering project management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage Project Engineering Manager and Design to Cost activities.
• Ensure delivery of Quality, Cost and Delivery commitments.
• Oversee deployment of Alstom engineering processes and standards.
• Support teams in issue resolution and priority definition.
