Formación

• Associates degree required or equivalent.
• Active licensure in New Mexico radiography (RRT or Temporary) required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform high-quality radiographic examinations according to physician orders and safety standards.
• Maintain compliance with department policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures and ensure comfort and positive experience.
• Operate radiographic equipment safely to produce diagnostic images.
• Review images for technical quality and accuracy.
• Inspect and monitor equipment and supplies, ensuring readiness for patient care.
• Maintain inventory and stock in imaging areas.
• Prepare, organize and maintain examination rooms for a safe, clean environment.
• Assist with transporting patients to imaging areas as needed.
• Practice infection prevention and proper patient handling at all times.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to support patient care.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development.
• Stay current with imaging technology and best practices.
• Attend departmental and staff meetings as required.
• Contribute to teamwork and professional patient care.
