Johnson Regional Medical Center is seeking a PRN Radiologic Technologist to perform a range of imaging procedures including X-ray and CT, while ensuring patient safety and high-quality images. The role interfaces with patients and teams to meet imaging needs and participates in CQI activities.

The position requires ARRT registration, a high school diploma (BS preferred), and a current BLS certification; Arkansas radiology certification is required. Nuclear medicine prerequisites may apply.

Formación

• High School diploma required; BS degree preferred.
• Registered with ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
• Current BLS certification.
• State license/certification to practice radiologic technology in Arkansas.

Responsabilidades

• Performs a variety of radiographic procedures and CT imaging.
• Ensures patient safety and adheres to ALARA principles.
• Prepares patients and positions them for examinations; selects appropriate equipment.
• Maintains equipment and supplies; documents procedures and results.
• Teaches and mentors students and staff; communicates with patients and families.
