A leading defense technology company in Madrid is seeking Engineers to work on next-generation radar systems for strategic national projects. The ideal candidates will have a degree in relevant engineering fields and experience in systems engineering, particularly in radar or aerospace. Excellent skills in DOORS and MATLAB are required, along with proficiency in English and Spanish. Permanent contract offered with flexible benefits in a high-tech environment.

Formación

• Experience in systems engineering applied to radar, defense, or aerospace.
• Eligibility for NATO clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Model radar systems functionally and structurally using MBSE tools.
• Define and maintain system architecture and interface specifications.
• Analyze and review technical documentation and system requirements.
• Manage and trace requirements using IBM DOORS.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (hardware, software, integration, testing).
• Support system-level verification and validation activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems engineering processes.
• Provide independent technical assessments at subsystem and system level.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for project management and stakeholders.
