Wolf Group Spain is seeking an experienced R&D Project Manager to lead projects from initiation through validation and transfer to manufacturing.

The role acts as the central point for cross-functional coordination across lab teams, manufacturing, and quality to ensure timely and successful execution, backed by strong English communication and a master’s in a related field.

You will drive planning, risk assessment, and reporting to stakeholders to ensure project delivery.

Formación

• Master’s degree in chemistry, polymer chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, or related field.
• Experience in managing R&D projects from initiation to transfer to manufacturing.
• Strong cross-functional coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate R&D projects, establishing plans, milestones, timelines, and resource needs. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective execution and delivery of project objectives.
• Coordinate laboratory development, testing, validation, scale-up, and other technical activities required to achieve project objectives.
• Review experimental results, facilitate technical decision-making, and support problem resolution.
• Monitor project progress, activities, workload, and KPIs. Prepare status reports, and project summaries.

The R&D Project Manager leads the execution of R&D projects from initiation through technical validation and transfer to manufacturing.

Acting as the central point for project coordination, the role ensures effective collaboration across laboratory teams, manufacturing, quality, etc. to ensure successful project execution on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate R&D projects, establishing plans, milestones, timelines, and resource needs. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective execution and delivery of project objectives.
• Coordinate laboratory development, testing, validation, scale-up, and other technical activities required to achieve project objectives.
• Review experimental results, facilitate technical decision-making, and support problem resolution.
