Arthur Edward is recruiting an experienced R&D Manager – Aerosol Specialist to lead the development of innovative personal care products in aerosol format. You will oversee concept-to-launch workflows, ensuring stability, safety and regulatory compliance, while guiding a talented R&D team.

The role lies in Tarragona, Spain, with a focus on transforming concepts into high performance aerosols and advancing cutting-edge ingredient technology for consumer care products.

Formación

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy or related field.
• Experience in personal care aerosol development and industrialisation.
• Strong formulation, testing, and regulatory knowledge.
• Effective leadership and cross functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of personal care aerosol products (sprays, foams, mousses).
• Manage product lifecycle from concept through to launch.
• Optimize formulations for stability, performance and sensory experience.
• Ensure regulatory, safety and technical compliance of products.
• Oversee stability, compatibility and safety testing programs.
• Collaborate with marketing, suppliers and internal teams to drive innovation.
• Mentor and develop R&D team members.

• Ensure products meet all regulatory, safety, and technical compliance requirements.
• Oversee stability, compatibility, and safety testing programmes.
• Collaborate with marketing, suppliers, and internal teams to drive innovation.
• Mentor and develop R&D team members, fostering creativity and continuous improvement.
• Identify emerging trends, new ingredients, and cutting edge aerosol technology.
