• Minimum experience of 5–8+ years in cosmetic product development.
• Previous team management experience is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of EU cosmetic regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of cosmetic products in aerosol formats.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Design and optimize formulations ensuring performance and stability.
• Ensure compliance with cosmetic regulations.
• Conduct and supervise stability and safety testing.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams.
• Lead and mentor the R&D team.
• Identify emerging trends and technologies in cosmetic aerosols.
