The Data Management Engineer Trainee will join the AIDE group within the R&D Data Science team, working at the intersection of data, technology and scientific research to organize and manage critical laboratory data that supports drug discovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Statistics/Math/Engineering or related field
• Strong programming skills, preferably Python
• Experience with SQL databases and Excel
• Familiarity with LIMS and data management workflows

Responsibilities

• Develop data models and ingestion pipelines within our R&D LIMS, ensuring accurate integration of scientific data
• Maintain, optimize and monitor data processing pipelines for laboratory data, focusing on chemical/biochemical assay information
• Collaborate with Chem and Biology researchers and IT teams to understand data requirements and improve data workflows
