Roche in Barcelona is seeking a proactive R&D tools support specialist to manage enterprise tool requests and provide expert assistance to scientists and engineers. You will work within a global, cross-functional team to simplify systems, improve data integrity, and speed response times.

You will learn and apply compliance standards, develop SME knowledge of key R&D processes, and drive automation to boost productivity across organizations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, scientific, or business discipline.
• 2+ years of professional experience in operations, technical support, or system administration.
• Excellent written and verbal English; German is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn new software, systems, and processes.
• Experience with enterprise business applications (e.g., EDM, LMS, or project management tools).
• Education and experience in data structures, databases, automation, scripting, or AI is desirable.

In this role, you will be the reliable service provider for enterprise tool requests within R&D, enabling scientists and engineers to focus on developing patient-focused products. You will join a global, cross-functional support team to simplify and harmonize internal systems, processes, and tools. You’ll blend hands-on tool expertise with compliance knowledge to improve response times and data integrity. You will work closely with internal customers, anticipate their needs, and drive automation and digital improvements that boost productivity.
