That’s why we need a Technician Specialist B to join the Quality Technical Department in Laboratorios Grifols SA.

Your role mission will be to support the Plant Technical Director in tasks related to the preparation and filing of batch records, maintenance of master data in SAP and quality documentation, as well as the preparation and interpretation of technical reports.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation and filing of batch records, maintenance of master data in SAP
    • Prepare batch documentation prior to release, initial review, preparation of certificates of analysis and conformity.
    • Monitor the status of products pending release (documentation, quality notifications, change controls, etc.).
    • Prepare product specifications or inspection plans in SAP and file them accordingly.
    • Maintain master data in SAP related to the department.
    • Request samples and/or quality batches in the SAP system, including the corresponding warehouse movements.
  • Report writing and documentation related to the department
    • Review and draft documentation related to the department.
    • Analyze and interpret technical data for report preparation.
  • Administrative functions of the department
    • Place purchase orders.
    • Organize and update documentation filing.
    • Distribute mail.
Qualifications
  • FP II / CFGS (Laboratory, quality control, etc.) and/or Health Science Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience in similar tasks and/or in a similar area.
  • High level of English.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data interpretation.
  • Knowledge or experience in SAP and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proactive, results oriented and have attention to detail.
  • Communication abilities.
  • Collaborative and team‑focused.
