Formación

• Bachelor degree in Industrial/Materials/Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or Business Administration.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and propose solutions.
• Fluent in English & Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with current legislation and best practices; update standards with changes.
• Manage and analyze product returns to identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with production and quality control teams to implement effective solutions.
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers to adopt best practices.
• Ensure consistency of quality and environmental standards across the supply chain.
• Define and homologate internal and external laboratories; ensure laboratories strategy.
• Define SOPs to update processes to new regulations and standards; reduce environmental impact.
• Define testing lists for raw materials and finished products per season.
• Implement nonconformity procedures for raw materials and finished products and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage product certifications.
• Implement Social Audits in Tier 1 & 2.
• Budget management.

Quality & Sourcing Manager

We are looking for a Quality & Sourcing Manager to lead and optimize the organization's quality and environmental strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting sustainable practices that reflect the company's commitment to excellence and sustainability in the fashion industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with current legislation and best practices, ensuring that any new legislative changes are included in the Standards.
• Manage and analyze product returns to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with production and quality control teams to implement effective solutions.
• Develop excellent business relations with Suppliers to adopt best practices.
• Ensure consistency of quality and environmental standards across the supply chain.
• Laboratories Strategy: Define and homologate internal and external laboratories.
• Implement processes needed for Quality Management Systems or reduce the environmental impact. Define SOPs to update the process to the new regulations and standards
• Define the raw materials and finished products testing lists per season
• Implement nonconformity procedure for raw materials and finished products. Assure all nonconformity is solved in time.
• Manage product certifications
• Implement Social Audits procedure in Tier 1 & 2
• Budget management

Requirements & Skills
