Jobtailor in Segovia, Spain is seeking a Quality and Sustainability Leader to drive the Quality and Laboratory team and advance environmental and social compliance across manufacturing.

The role focuses on implementing and maintaining ISO/IFS/BRC standards, driving ongoing improvements, and building a capable team that aligns with our values and customer expectations.

Formación

• University degree in Science or a related field.
• Experience leading a team of 15+ and talent development.
• Strategic, solution-oriented mindset with focus on results.
• High level of English (B2/C1).
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Quality and Laboratory team to ensure products meet specifications and defined standards.
• Lead and improve Quality and Sustainability Management Systems to comply with ISO, IFS, BRC, PEFC, FSC and OEKO-TEX®.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team and across the plant.
• Make decisions based on analysis of key indicators for quality, customer satisfaction and environment.
• Identify, develop and coach the team, fostering growth aligned with company values.
• Ensure BSCI compliance and promote ethical, sustainable practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality and Laboratory team, ensuring that all products are manufactured in accordance with customer specifications and defined standards.
• Lead and continuously improve Quality and Sustainability Management Systems, ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO, IFS, BRC, PEFC, FSC, and OEKO-TEX®.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team and across the plant.
• Make decisions based on and analyze key indicators related to quality, customer satisfaction, and environmental impact.
• Identify, build, and develop the team, fostering a culture of growth and learning aligned with our values.
• Ensure compliance with BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative), promoting ethical and sustainable practices.

Requirements

• University degree in Science or a related field.
• Agile learner, with experience in talent development (team of +15 people), as well as strong communication, impact, and influencing skills.
• Solution-oriented, with a strategic mindset and a strong focus on challenges and results.
• High level of English (B2/C1).
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
