Job summary

Nômade Temple Madrid is offering a hospitality-quality internship in Ibiza. The role focuses on supporting the Quality team with administrative tasks, audits, and guest-feedback analysis to elevate service standards across hotel departments.

Ideal candidates are Hospitality Management students with a keen eye for detail, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset. On-site in Ibiza with meals and accommodation provided, for a 6–8 month period.

Responsibilities

• Support the Quality team with administrative and operational tasks.
• Assist with monitoring compliance with the hotel’s quality standards and procedures.
• Support preparation and follow-up of quality checklists, inspections and internal audits.
• Collaborate in quality checks across hotel areas and departments.
• Assist in monitoring guest feedback and follow-up on relevant comments and improvements.
• Support collection, organisation and analysis of guest feedback and quality-related information.
• Collaborate with departments to follow up on issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain and update quality procedures, guidelines, checklists and related documentation.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations on quality indicators and guest feedback.
• Collaborate with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Spa, Maintenance to ensure consistent quality.
• Follow up corrective actions and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in coordinating internal quality training and awareness initiatives.
• Monitor online reviews and guest satisfaction trends.
• Ensure guest experience aligns with Nômade Temple’s values and service standards.
• Maintain organized quality files, databases and internal tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and overall guest experience.
• Participate in other Quality projects as needed.
