Bolton Group, based in O'Grove, Galicia, Spain, offers a 6-month Quality Implementation trainee internship within the Quality team. You will learn and collaborate on pilot trials, industrial tests, and validations of processes, materials, and ingredients, while gaining hands-on experience on the plant floor and in the laboratory.

The role emphasizes data traceability, compliance with food safety and quality standards, and technical reporting, with a hybrid work arrangement in Spain.

Formación

• Bachelor or master's degree is required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluency in Spanish and a high level of English (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Assist the technical team with pilot and industrial trials on the plant floor and manage sample preparation and shipments for quality testing.
• Record technical parameters, reporting deviations, and helping draft technical reports, all while following project timelines and strictly complying with quality and food safety standards.
• Participate in product and process validation, quality control, sample management, and technical reporting to support quality and operational excellence.
