Hunter Philips Executive Search is recruiting for a Quality & Environmental Manager to support a major long-term energy infrastructure project in Madrid, Spain. The role will coordinate Q&E across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering or Environmental Sciences, at least three years in project Q&E, and fluent Spanish and English.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences or a related discipline.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary contact for all project Quality and Environmental matters.
• Develop and manage Project Q&E Plans, KPIs and performance reporting.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and all contractual, regulatory and internal requirements.
• Coordinate Q&E delivery across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Manage project risks, environmental impacts, non-conformities, investigations and corrective actions.
• Lead internal, external and supplier audits while coordinating with clients, subcontractors and authorities.
• Support site-based Q&E personnel and drive continuous improvement, lessons learned and best-practice sharing.
