Aernnova Aerospace in Spain is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join our Manufacturing Engineering Team. You will monitor quality requirements, support internal and customer processes, and help resolve non-conformities with structured problem solving.

The role requires a engineering degree, 2+ years in industry, English fluency, knowledge of composites, and willingness to travel. You will work with advanced technologies in a multinational, growth‑oriented environment.

Formación

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial).
• 2+ years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of composite materials.
• Availability to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Monitoring and support of internal and customer quality requirements, in products and processes.
• Ensure the resolution (containment, correction and prevention) of non-conformities, whether internal or external, and with priority over those that are the subject of customer complaints, relating to the product, process or service within its sphere of competence, through the application of structured methods of problem resolution.
• Identify in time the risks associated with compliance with the quality and environmental requirements applicable to products, processes and services, promoting preventive management (FMEAs, Control Plan), defining, analysing and escalating these problems and proposing action plans for risk mitigation.
• Management and resolution of quality incidents, internal or external, related to the product, process or service under its scope of competence, through the application of structured problem-solving methods,
• Generation of quality reports and documentation with vision and technical criteria
• Collaborate with the rest of the organization when required, in new development projects, industrialization, process reengineering, or any other transversal project of the organization, in activities of the quality function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related field).
• 2+ years of experience performing the functions described above within an industrial environment.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of composite materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel.
• Availability to travel.
