Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Quality Control Engineer at our Illescas site. You will ensure product conformity, oversee inspections, and manage non-conformances through ISO 9001 standards, with regular supplier follow-ups and test witnessing.

The role requires hands-on involvement in metrology and testing, collaboration across functions, and readiness to travel monthly. Fluent Spanish and English are essential for cross‑functional communication.

Formación

• Advanced vocational training in mechanical engineering with 1–3 years of quality control or manufacturing quality experience.
• Proficient in Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001 principles, and Non-Conformance Management.
• Experience in visual, dimensional, and documentary inspection, and metrology; knowledge of NDT fundamentals (VT, PT, MT, UT, RT).
• Competent in inspection and test reporting, material certificates, and quality dossiers; ensure calibration/verification of testing equipment.
• Strong analytical thinking, ability to work under pressure, and communicate in technical English across functions.
• Willingness to travel for supplier inspections and audits as required by the role.
• Fluent in Spanish and English is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Product inspection, non-conformance management, supplier quality follow-up, test witnessing, and quality documentation.
• Balance daily inspection priorities with preventive quality activities and supplier development.
• Improve product quality, supplier performance, and customer satisfaction through rigorous assessment and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead quality improvements, supplier development and problem-solving activities.
