Job summary

ISDIN in Barcelona, a leading dermocosmetics company, is seeking a Quality Assurance Operations Manager to lead global QA processes and ensure product quality across sites.

You will supervise Change Controls, Deviations, CAPAs, OOS/OOT investigations, and quality agreements, ensuring GMP, GDP, GLP, GCP, and GVP compliance in coordination with internal teams and subsidiaries, and you will support internal and external audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years of solid experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Operations.
• Hands-on experience managing complex investigations, deviation handling and CAPA programs.
• Proven track record in direct interlocution with external manufacturers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload distribution, define operational objectives, and ensure alignment across product quality standards.
• Supervise Change Controls, Deviations, CAPAs, OOS/OOT investigations, and quality agreements.
• Ensure compliance across GMP, GDP, GLP, GCP, GVP in coordination with internal departments and global subsidiaries.
• Support internal and external audits (contract manufacturers, suppliers, CROs, and distribution centers).

What will your challenges be?

• Manage workload distribution, define operational objectives, and ensure consistent alignment across product quality standards.


• Supervise the overall quality operation processes: Change Controls, Deviations, CAPAs, OOS/OOT investigations, and quality agreements.


• Ensure compliance across GxP domains (GMP, GDP, GLP, GCP, GVP) in close coordination with internal departments and global subsidiaries.


• Support internal and external audits (contract manufacturers, suppliers, CROs, and distribution centers).

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Minimum of 7-10 years of solid experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Operations.


• Demonstrated hands-on experience managing complex investigations, deviation handling, CAPA programs, and product quality complaints.


• Proven track record in direct interlocution and dispute resolution with external manufacturers (CMOs / CDMOs / suppliers).


• Experience leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies and continuous improvement projects.
