About the position

As a Quality Assurance Engineer you will be responsible for defining and implementing the testing strategy, ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of our products. In addition, you will participate in test automation and the continuous improvement of development processes.

What you’ll do
  • Design and establish the company’s QA structure and processes.
  • Create and execute manual and automated test plans.
  • Define the strategy for functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for front-end, back-end, and APIs.
  • Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams in planning and validating releases.
  • Integrate automated tests into the CI / CD pipeline.
  • Document test cases, incidents, and result reports.
  • Promote a culture of quality throughout the entire development cycle.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in QA or testing , ideally in SaaS environments or tech startups.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, JMeter, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of REST and GraphQL API testing.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git).
  • Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or Java). Knowledge of Groovy will be highly valued.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD environments (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Nice to have
  • Experience implementing testing frameworks or pipelines from scratch.
  • Knowledge of microservices, Docker, or Kubernetes .
  • Experience with performance and load testing .
