2K is seeking an Associate Test Manager I to support QA planning, coordination, and execution across projects, features, and platforms. You will supervise day-to-day activities, drive testing efficiency, and collaborate with development, production, QA partners, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality game releases across PC, console, and mobile.

Formación

• Experience leading or coordinating a QA team on multi-platform game projects.
• Strong test planning, execution, regression and bug reporting capabilities.
• Experience with Jira workflows, dashboards, and first-party submission processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team. Mentor Feature Leads, Senior Testers and Testers, run 1:1s, give feedback, and keep daily execution on track.
• Set the standard. Take on the hardest test execution yourself: rigorous bug hunting, clean data, sharp technical writing.
• Catch issues early. Join design reviews from the start and spot defects, compliance risks, and testability gaps before code is written.
• Modernise QA. Kill outdated practices and bring in tool-driven solutions that make testing faster.
• Own the plan. Build test plans, set priorities, track progress, and clear bottlenecks with the Test Manager.
• Work across teams. Partner with dev from pre-production to post-launch, and flag risks early with a clear fix in mind.
