Novartis in La Almunia de Doña Godina (Zaragoza) seeks a Quality Assurance Operations Lead to ensure the release of sterile injectables under GMP and EMA/AEMPS regulations. You’ll lead QA, drive continuous improvement, manage QA staff, and ensure inspections readiness on site.

The role requires a scientific degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or Biology, 5+ years in pharma QA, and fluency in Spanish and English. On-site with flexible/hybrid options where possible; deadline 29 October 2026.

Competenze

• 5+ years in pharmaceutical QA operations and quality requirements.
• Solid knowledge of cGMP, regulatory requirements and pharma standards.
• Experience with aseptic processes and aseptic manufacturing practices.
• Excellent coordination and teamwork under tight timelines.

Mansioni

• Lead implementation and improvement of GMP and site quality procedures.
• Oversee QA operations: product release, documentation, SOPs, training, staffing.
• Ensure quality oversight of manufacturing, validation, calibration and projects.
• Manage deviations, CAPA, complaints, recalls, investigations per SOPs.
• Escalate quality issues to stakeholders and authorities as needed.
• Support audits, inspections, and annual quality reviews.
• Monitor quality performance and drive improvements with site leaders.
