Open Assessment Technologies is seeking a Manual QA Engineer with extensive software testing experience to ensure high-quality product delivery. You will execute the full testing lifecycle, develop detailed test plans, and collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on testing across web applications, various testing types, and UAT, with mentorship of junior QA staff and a focus on improving QA processes and industry-standard practices.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in manual software testing, including test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Expertise with Jira, Postman, Confluence, Selenium, and Git.
• Deep understanding of testing methodologies such as Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, Performance Testing, Security Testing, and Exploratory Testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to detect inconsistencies and errors.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain defects and testing results to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and train junior QA team members to ensure consistent testing practices.
• Maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, bug reports, and QA process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for software testing.
