Tenth Revolution Group in Madrid is seeking an experienced QA Manager with strong CLM experience to join a strategic banking project. You will design and manage test environments, data, and QA processes, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders.

The role requires leadership of test data lifecycle, environment management, and support for Scrum teams. Fluent English is required; visa sponsorship not available; permanent, full-time contract with a Madrid hybrid model (3 days in office, 2

Formación

• Proven experience as a QA Manager/Test Manager
• Ideally in CLM environments
• Strong ability to design, build, configure, monitor and maintain test environments
• Experience managing the full test data lifecycle
• Knowledge of environment management incl. patches/upgrades/refreshes
• Supports Scrum/Agile teams with testing environment and data needs
• Excellent documentation skills, especially with Confluence
• Fluent English and ability to work with IT and business stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, configure, monitor, and maintain test environments
• Keep Confluence documentation up to date
• Coordinate environment refreshes, patches and upgrades
• Own end-to-end test data strategy
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between test environments
• Maintain reusable test personas and datasets
• Ensure Scrum teams have the environments and test data they need
