Tenth Revolution Group in Madrid is seeking an experienced QA Manager with strong CLM experience to join a strategic banking project. You will design and manage test environments, data, and QA processes, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a QA Manager/Test Manager
• Ideally in CLM environments
• Strong ability to design, build, configure, monitor and maintain test environments
• Experience managing the full test data lifecycle
• Knowledge of environment management incl. patches/upgrades/refreshes
• Supports Scrum/Agile teams with testing environment and data needs
• Excellent documentation skills, especially with Confluence
• Fluent English and ability to work with IT and business stakeholders

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager with strong CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) experience to join a high-caliber team working on a strategic project for a global customer in the banking sector.

You will work closely with IT and Business stakeholders, helping ensure high-quality delivery across test environments, test data, and QA processes.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a QA Manager / Test Manager, ideally within CLM environments
• Strong experience designing, building, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining test environments
• Experience managing the full test data lifecycle, including sourcing, preparation, provisioning, refreshes, and retirement
• Strong understanding of environment management, including patches, upgrades, refreshes, incident resolution, and change control
• Experience supporting Scrum/Agile teams with their testing environment and data requirements
• Strong documentation skills, particularly with Confluence
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with both IT and Business stakeholders
• Fluent English - interview will be conducted in English

Key Responsibilities
